Reading Paths

Find a busy time in the territory, perhaps around lunch or late in the afternoon. Then, stand perfectly motionless in the middle of the sidewalk for around 30 seconds and observe what happens.

Wait at an intersection for a signal to cross the street. When the signal permits, sprint out to the middle of the street, and then abruptly stop; constantly gaze forwards and record your surroundings and observations.
