a. To see tourists on Canal Street and offer advice, on activities, directions or even Canal Street itself; b. When two friends race to see who can find and assist a tourist first. The first to receive a positive answer from a tourist when asked "was that helpful" has won at touristing.

(soundbite): In Dunkin Doughnuts, 5pm, German tourist family (accent and birkenstocks) enter to purchase iced coffee.

---(mother paying cashier) You know, now one dollar in  america is 65 in Euro.
--- (father) No, no, That is not right. One Euro is 65 cent in dollar.
--- Ya, ya that is what I mean. Normally it is much higher... but very good for now..
--- You see how smart she is!

--- (cashier) Really??! That much! Yes,  very smart. I should move to Canada.
