During late afternoon, the area is predominately scattered with tourists and sightseers. (as seen below) However, during the evening hours, the area is largely used by families, taking strolls and walks before the sun goes down. The types of people and characters found within the space experience fluctuations based on times of day, weather conditons, special events, etc.
